Test pattern for TCS

TCS National Qualifier test is going to be a 90 min test. Below is a detailed test Pattern.

The biggest change in TCS pattern this year is that, the email writing is replaced by English section, which is going to have Fill in the blanks questions. 

How can students practice for this test?
To give students an experience of what the actual TCS National qualifier test would look like, TCS has released a Mock test.
Based on what we have seen from TCS Digital & previous TCS exams, taking this mock test comes in very handy not only in understanding the test pattern, but also the questions are found to be very similar.

Code of Conduct for Students

For appearing in the recruitment drive, the students will:
  • Carry their University student ID at all times.
  • Wear black business suit with white shirt and matching tie or black trouser and white shirt with a matching tie (for boys) and Black business suit with white shirt and matching scarf or black trouser and white shirt with a matching scarf (for girls)
  • Adhere to all by-laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the T&P including formal      dress.
  • Maintain a level of conduct appropriate to a student in a professional setting and in accordance with the University’s Code of Conduct.
  • Maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality regarding any placement information if advised by department/School.
  • Inform the placement department of any absences from the placement.
  • Inform the School Dean/DPC immediately of any incident or concern regarding their safety and well-being during the placement.

NOTICE- REGISTRATION

Here is the List of eligible students (all years) for registration

 

 Requirements for registration:

  1. Registration form duly filled

  2. Print out of two anti ragging form.

  3. Fees receipt, if dues is not cleared beforehand or is not reflected in their Peoplesoft.

  4. Anybody having pending dues will not be allowed for registration. In case of pending dues, if permission to register provisionally is granted by Registrar, S.U, then only Registration on People Soft will be done.  (check your peoplesoft ID for that)

  Here is the list of Pending Documents:-  The Registration may be done after submission of pending documents. In case of pending documents, if permission to Register Provisionally is granted by Dean SET, then Provisional Registration will be done.

SUMMER TERM PRACTICAL EXAMS 2018

The practical examination of summer term-2018 will be held on 20th July, 2018 (Friday)

Here is the list of students.

Timings- 9:30 am -12:30 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Reporting time for the students: 9:30 am in the department.

Those who have examination should report a day earlier (with their admit card) for the timings in the department.  

The students are required to prepare their practical files and reports which ever is applicable for your lab. and  bring it on that day.

The admit cards for End Term Examination will be available on Friday, April 27, as per the following schedule:

4th year: Room No 104
3rd Year: Room No 105
2nd Year: Room No 106

M Tech: Contact your program coordinators.

The timings will be 9:30-12:30 pm and 1:30-3:30 pm.

All the students are required to bring 1 passport size photograph.

Note: Students with pending dues and documents will have to contact the OSD office for their admit cards.

National Project Competition at Sharda University on April 12, 2018


Dear All,
Sharda University, Greater Noida a global recognized and a youth leadership institute pleased to inform you that an initiative taken as “National Project Competition (NPC) –Innovation Budge 2018” by it, is extending an invitation to all school and UG, PG students to participate in a competition that aims to raise awareness about solid waste disposal, sanitation, hazards of improper methods and various new innovative, smart ideas with their possible implementation. Please pass on this exciting opportunity to all students in your vicinity and encourage them to participate in it by proposing the new ideas of technologies with the implemented one’s. Attendance for participating in Sharda Marathon

All the students registering and taking part in Sharda Marathon Event on 18th February, 2018 shall be given TWO Full day attendance in all subjects. They will have to show their selfie at the Flag off point and at the Ending point to their respective teachers while participating in the race to claim this attendance.
Transport:

Bus Service shall be available to all students and their family members free of cost on the routes given at the following link. All the buses will reach Sharda University Campus at 5:30 am.The buses will also go back on the same routes after the Prize Distribution is over.
